how far in advance should we book our wedding photography?
As early as possible! Wedding dates fill up quickly, especially during peak season. I recommend booking at least 9–12 months in advance to secure your spot, but if your wedding is coming up soon and you still don’t have a photographer, feel free to reach out. I’ll always do my best to fit you in!
once I reach out, is my date reserved?
Your date isn’t officially reserved until the contract is signed and the retainer is paid. That said, once I send over your booking package, I’ll hold your date for 48 hours to give you time to review everything, ask any questions, and submit your retainer. Rest assured—during that window, the date is reserved just for you!
do you require a deposit?
Yes—a $500 retainer is required to hold your wedding date for all of my packages. For elopements or smaller events, a 25% retainer is required.
what payment methods do you accept?
I accept e-transfer, or debit and credit card payments via PayPal. Need a payment plan? No problem—I'm happy to split payments into a schedule that works for you, as long as the final balance is cleared before your wedding day.
How does wedding day coverage work without a set number of hours?
Rather than focusing on a strict hourly limit, my packages are designed around moments. Every wedding day unfolds differently, and this approach allows us to prioritize what matters most to you—without feeling like we’re watching the clock.
As we plan your timeline together, I’ll outline a clear expectation for coverage. As a general guide, Gold collections typically include 9–11 hours, Silver around 7–8 hours, and Bronze about 5–6 hours. Occasionally, the day may wrap up a bit earlier than anticipated or run slightly longer than planned, but regardless of the timeline, you can rest assured I won’t leave until I’m confident all of your must-have moments have been captured.

can we have the unedited images?
I don’t ever provide RAW files. Think of it like asking for your meal uncooked—the editing is where most of my creative work happens.
how many photos can we expect to receive?
You can expect a thoughtfully curated gallery that fully tells the story of your day. While the exact number of images varies based on coverage, guest count, and events, most weddings typically land between 300–500 images.
when will we get our photos?
Full wedding galleries are delivered within 10–12 weeks due to the detailed editing involved. I always aim to deliver sooner when I can—and you’ll receive sneak peeks within 7 days!
