Hey, I’m Bria—lover of coffee, little local shops, the smell of ocean air, and mountain views. Most days, you’ll find me juggling a latte in one hand, a camera in the other, and one or two kids hanging on my back—usually dressed in cozy neutrals and rolling with the beautiful chaos of being a working mom.
Photography wasn’t always the plan. It actually started during COVID, when I picked up my husband’s camera out of frustration at how fast my babies were growing and how impossible it felt to freeze time. I wanted to capture their giggles, their tiny hands wrapped around mine, and the way they scrunched up their noses when they laughed. Along the way, I fell in love—with telling stories, with those raw, fleeting emotions, and with the quiet little moments that usually slip by unnoticed.
That’s why I keep my camera close. I want to capture the real, messy, joyful bits of life—the little moments you might otherwise miss, the ones that make you laugh or tear up years later. Whether it’s a wedding, a new baby, or just a day in your ordinary, wonderful life, I love finding the magic in it all.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m soaking up life with my husband and our kids. Clear Lake is our happy place—our yearly escape to unplug, slow down, and feel like the best version of ourselves. We love to travel, show the kids new places, and spend as much time outdoors as we can. I’m a proud dance mom, theatre mom, hockey mom, and baseball mom. My “slow season” is actually anything but—packed with rehearsals, practices, and all the busy moments in between—but it fills my heart in the best way. I wouldn’t change a thing, and honestly, I kind of thrive in the chaos.
In the rare quiet moments, you’ll find me wandering through a new coffee shop, going for a city walk, or treating myself to a glass of Pinot after a full day of adventures. Online shopping is my not-so-secret hobby—if there’s a birthday, holiday, or any excuse to celebrate, I’m already adding things to my cart. And when it’s finally time to unwind, you’ll usually find me curled up under a cozy blanket with my cat claiming my lap, lost in a good podcast or audiobook.
At my core, I’m all about connection and celebrating the everyday magic. My clients quickly become friends, and we keep laughing long after sessions end. My life is messy, chaotic, and perfectly imperfect—and that’s exactly what I want to capture for you.
